Fabric Wholesale Depot however will not accept returns against purchases that have been made incorrectly.
RETURNS FOR RETAIL AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@fabricwholesaledepot.com to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Customer must shoulder the shipping for the return. Once the return has been received, you will be refunded for the product cost only. Shipping is non-refundable.
CLAIMS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS
If you have received a roll for your order and there is a shortage or damage, all claims must be accompanied with a cutting ticket.
Please send an email to support@fabricwholesaledepot.com with your order number and cutting ticket.
EXCEPTIONS

RESTOCKING FEE
Please note that all returns will be subject to the following:
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns less than 60yards.
